Our best-practice stormwater management includes the building of swales which are designed to provide treatment of run-off, moving water away from residential areas and using vegetation as a filter to reduce pollutants and improve water quality – vital to health of wetlands and native wildlife, including the endangered acid frog.

If indoor fitness is more your style, then the planned Rec Club will give you access to your own private facilities.  Once built, it is proposed that facilities are to include a 25 metre heated lap pool, 200 square metre fully equipped gymnasium and two tennis courts.  

There is a planned café with outdoor dining and a landscaped BBQ area with plenty of natural shade and shelter.

The 5000 square metre Peregian Springs Shopping Centre, planned to open mid 08 will offer residents a wide range of produce and an impressive retail mix from its Coles Supermarket and 15 specialty stores including a pharmacy, newsagent, bakery and physiotherapist.  A planned medical centre will ensure local health services are also in easy reach, contributing to community well-being and peace of mind.

This quality retail precinct has been designed to offer the latest, state-of-the-art design and facilities to customers with minimal impact on the environment.  In keeping with the Ridges Peregian Springs eco-friendly philosophy, rainwater storage tanks collect run-off from the shopping centre roof and are used for irrigation and cleaning. Solar shading protects west-facing windows and walls from the afternoon sun, reducing the need for air-conditioning.

Located on Peregian Springs Drive, the Shopping Centre will have 300 parking spaces on ground level, for convenient access - right to the door of the shops.

Your Ridges Peregian Springs address affords you an opportunity to access the superbly appointed Peregian Springs Golf Club, nestled amongst idyllic parkland. It is the perfect venue to enjoy a regular round of golf, entertain friends or clients and forge new friendships.

With every opportunity to improve your game, our private members club has been designed with members in mind and offers a challenging par 72, 18 hole golf course, practice facilities and a clubhouse filled with impressive features including bars, dining areas, a gymnasium, steam rooms and a fully stocked Pro-shop.

Membership of a private golf club definitely has its rewards. Unlike many other resort courses, access to Peregian Springs Golf Club is limited to Members and their guests. There is virtually no public access, other than by special Manager invitation, and no casual drop in visitors. You have easy access to tee times and there’s the camaraderie and friendly ‘competition’ to be found on your home course. Membership is available to Ridges Peregian Springs residents from as little as $5.90* per day. 

And then there’s the course itself. Imagine playing on a course that takes full advantage of what nature has provided.  The fairways have been designed to flow with the landscape, the expansive greens will complement your game, whilst the natural surrounds promote a feeling of relaxation. You’ll find plenty of challenges with varying tee positions, a mix of pin placements and a variety of weather patterns to test you.
